A two year programme run in conjunction with Northumbria University, this course’s aim is to develop a range of skills and a knowledge of management which will enable the graduate to gain employment in the field of hospitality management.  Students will be provided with an opportunity to undertake work experience within the hospitality industry.

Entry Requirements入学条件
80 UCAS point equivalent, including key skills up to a value of 20 points.

Individual consideration given to candidates aged 21 or over.  If English is not your first language you will also need an IELTS 5.5*/6.0 or above.

It is essential you have protective clothing for this course (£120). Please ask for a uniform list at enrolment. You will normally have to pay for course items such as stationery, books and equipment. You will also be encouraged to participate in study trips, which will vary in cost depending on the nature of the trip.
