    It's always my ideal to become one of teaching staff. After graduating from the university, I became a mathematics teacher in a middle school in my hometown. Three years later, I submitted an application for pursuing advanced studies in pedagogy so as to to improve my working ability and to realize my ideal as well. In this way, I could adapt myself to the social needs and conveniently provide such services as education and employment training for the people in poverty.
    As we know, a professional teacher should not only master the basic knowledge of his own major, but also have quite a few knowledge of education and teaching. Although I insist on learning such courses as pedagogy,psychology and teaching design in the after-working hours, I deeply feel the importance of systematically learning the pedagogy-related theory. My advanced studies in pedagogy include two sides: first of all, I will make great effort to learn the basic theory and knowledge about pedagogy, meanwhile, acquaint myself with and master the basic research method of pedagogy. In this case, my working ability in education will be improved so that it'll lay the firm theoretical foundation for the future work. Secondly, in terms of my work on vocational education at present or in future, my advanced studies will also focuse on the vocational education. Because the social development requires large quantities of technical talented persons as prop. The goal of the vocational education aims to cultivate the advanced technical talents and applied talents working on the front line of production, management and service. With the rapid development of vocational education and unceasing consummation of educational system in our country, the people day by day realize the speciality of the teaching and learning activities in the vocational education. It's necessary to reform the educational system. Therefore, as a teacher, I will concentrate on the  vocational education. By learning the principle and management of vocational education as well as using the foreign experience for reference, I will try all my best to pay contribution to the reform and development of vocational education in our country.
